The Light of Aisha - Characters Surfacing

In this film, I worked as a Senior Surfacing Artist in charge of most of the characters that appear in the film.
It was a very interesting project that we developed at Mago Productions. It was especially interesting to work on and explore a hand-painted, stop-motion look alongside Bárbara Gragirena (Art Director) https://www.artstation.com/bgragirena and Lourdes Atroche (Surfacing Supervisor) https://www.artstation.com/lourdesatroche .
I’m very pleased with the visual result of the project and how everything came together in the final image. The images are screenshots showing what some of the characters I worked on look like in the movie.
